Revoke bug

Hi,
My Profile id is 348.

I have received a message:
"Your citizenship has been changed to Polish! This change was voted by congress of Zimbabwe. Good luck. "
And  my CS was really changed.
But in fact,  the Zimbabwe congress did not start this procedure. It was started by my previous country. But in meantime I have changed the CS.

Please back me Zimbabwe CS.
